Listening: The Power of Understanding

It seems so simple. If you listen more, you will learn more. That is not always the case. We all have our moments where we want to interrupt or challenge a decision, thought, or opinion, but as a Business Coach, I continue to learn that listening reveals more. The more I listen to my clients, the more I learn and potentially catch their blind spots, or tap into a deeper concern. It helps me access information that I would otherwise not be privy to.
